Research & Exploration

To shape the AI experience, we conducted stakeholder workshops and ethnographic research to understand how enterprise teams navigated tasks across Egnyte, desktop environments, and external workflows. We explored multiple interaction models through rapid prototyping and iteratively refined them through usability testing focused on trust, discoverability, and task completion.
