- Facilitated brainstorming sessions with the development team and stakeholders to discuss customer pain points and feature gaps, while adhering to time constraints.
2) Research
- Studied similar applications to benchmark capabilities and user experiences.
- Monitored user feedback through Productboard, Mixpanel, and NPS insights to validate feature adoption and identify areas for improvement.
- Sketched and created low-fidelity wireframes to explore alternative workflows.
3) Design & Prototyping
- Designed interactive high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, showcasing multiple scenarios for each project (e.g., setting rules for auto-remediating issues and sensitive content locations, AI assistant for content lifecycle management on desktop app and webUI).
- Created accessibility-friendly designs to ensure inclusivity for all users.

- Conducted usability testing with 20+ users across varying demographics and user roles (roles based on their daily tasks in S&G).
- Iteratively refined designs based on user feedback, ensuring a polished and intuitive user experience.

Egnyte's Copilot integrates AI to suggest specific actions and features within/about folders, using prompts, clickable cards, and a chatbot, personalising users' daily operations.
Egnyte's Copilot leverages AI for contextual recommendations across all Egnyte applications.
Admins can manage and secure data on large-scale cloud sources, opting to perform direct actions or delegate tasks to team members.
Admins can monitor delegated tasks, while Data Owners can perform these tasks contextually, having access to detailed overviews of issues and sensitive content.
The Permissions page showcases user and group access details for each folder, highlighting duplicates and unused permissions.
The User/Group View displays a list of folders accessible to a specific user or group, providing a clear overview of permissions assigned
Admins can set complex policies such as retention, deletion, archiving, legal holds, and more, to facilitate comprehensive content lifecycle management.
Admins can configure multi-condition rules to automatically remediate any issues detected.
